The area in the middle of the east coast, Ogliastra, with its small, all year round inhabited localities offers great possibilities of a wonderful beach vacation at numerous beaches (sandy or rocky). And plenty to explore in the reach mountain and high plateau routes. A Ferry Port (Arbatax) and a small airport (Tortoli) facilitate the connection to this still relatively unexplored area.
