Evaluation

How MMV Reisen evaluates the holidays accommodations: Beside the official star ratings of the hotels, MMV Reisen gives to each hotel, holiday houses and apartments an additional rating for "location", "equipment" and "leisure" (only club hotels) again in the form of stars. This can sometimes contradict the official star evaluation. But this way existing differences on quality show up more clearly between holidays accommodation of the same category, and furthermore the selection of the location of the property can concur on the star rating.

Location

1 Star Great distance to the beach, places of interest and shops, view and location quite good 2 Stars The beach and shops (open during summer season) are in acceptable distance by car 3 Stars a) beach and shops (in summer season) are in comfortable reach or b) in a calm and tranquil location in the middle of nature with beautiful surroundings or c) in a optimal strategic location for entrepreneurs 4 Stars a) close to the sea with beautiful surroundings and/or a fantastic sea view, of easy reach to the shops (during summer season) or b) in an enchanting location in the middle of Nature 5 Stars Close to the beach and/or with beautiful panorama view and beautiful surroundings-shops not always within walking distance Top
