Your arrival:
every passenger is urged to inform of possible delays in time by telephone to the appropriate contact person, so that the transfer service can be guaranteed as planned;
With a not pre-announced No show (at least 1 hour before) the customer is charged a 100 % NO show fee;
On arrival every passenger is asked to look for the driver at the meeting place attentively who would have a sign with the name of the reserved person, as well as the number of the reservation;
Your journey:
Departure is set with a big gap of time to allow for possible unpredictable events;
With a non appearance of the driver at the arranged meeting place, the passenger is asked to inform the contact person by telephone immediately so that a solution can be arranged quickly;
