2009/ 2010 rental prices in Euros
Inclusive of unlimited kilometres, second driver, personal damage insurance, third party insurance, Casco (comprehensive) insurance with accidental damage excess *, Theft and Fire with accidental damage excess *, Road tax (Sardinia only), additional drivers, airport tax surcharge (14%).
Vehicles are available at the airports of Cagliari, Olbia and Alghero.
Notes to the prices per week: The weekly prices are only available when booked in advance. Otherwise each extra day is charged on a day by day price. For instance If you book a car for 5 days and then need it for 2 more days you'll pay a surcharge of two extra days instead of the special weekly price.

** Spare parts such as tires, windows glasses, mechanical parts are still charged (up to the limit of the damage excess). For this reason, even if you select to get the damage excess waiver, a security deposit is still requested. This deposit can be paid in cash or with a credit card.

Late car return:
after 9.00 pm: you'll be liable of a "night service" charge of € 25

Fuel and fines
Refuelling service: € 13 on top of petrol costs (only if the car is returned with a smaller amount of petrol than the start of your rental).
Car return in a different town (Alghero, Olbia or Cagliari): € 40
Compensation charges for the loss of:
Car keys: € 130 + delivery fees
Car documents: € 500
Information and Conditions:
The car rental conditions & terms will be handed out together with the rental agreement.
The minimum rental charge is one day. A delay of more than 59 minutes implies the charge of a further day of rental
The renter must be at least 23 years old (21 for groups B and C), have a full licence for a minimum of one year, and hold a credit card (Visa, Diners, American Express, MasterCard). For younger drivers the payment of the excess waiver fee is obligatory with Theft & Fire and Comprehensive Insurance;
Deposit can be paid in cash or with a credit card
The Credit Card must be under the name of the Person who booked the car.

Third party/ Theft & fire / Comprehensive:
Third party (translates in Italian as "RC Auto")
Theft & Fire (translates in Italian as "Assicurazione incendio e furto" together with "copertura contro calamità naturali"): covers theft losses and fire damages in the vehicle, as well as losses caused by natural disasters
Comprehensive Insurance (in Italian "Kasko"): covers against damage caused by own fault or by third persons to the vehicle - NB: Damage to windows and tires is generally not covered
All vehicles of the car rental 'AM Service' are insured for liability and have Theft & Fire (with excess damage of € 600-1000), and/or Comprehensive insurance (with excess damage of € 600-1000
With a daily surcharge the excess damage can be excluded at the rental office when picking up the rented car:
€ 5 a day for the Third Party;
€ 8 a day for the Comprehensive
The exclusion of the self-participation does not cover damage on tires, windows, carpets and mechanical parts. For this reason it is always necessary to deposit by credit card or cash a sum of money as a bail.
Prices include:
Oil changes, maintenance and repairs in our workshops.
In case of a breakdown or an accident: the expenses of towing and the delivery of a spare vehicle (only within Sardinia).
