The residence " I Fenicotteri " was founded only in 2003 and the well-designed holiday apartments are either on the ground floor or the first floor of three separate houses. These houses were built on the existing well-equipped and quiet camping site. The salmon-colored facades, as well as the numerous round arches provide an inviting summery atmosphere for the incoming guests.
The apartments on the ground floor offer a pleasant terrace in total privacy. The rest on the first floor one, instead offer a veranda with a beautiful panorama for the guests to enjoy.
Every holiday apartment consists of two rooms, a bedroom and a living/eating area with a kitchen unit, as well as a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. However, the size of the outside area or the living/dining-room varies according to apartment type and sometimes with the number of the bedrooms.
The apartment type C in addition to the front terrace has also a second terrace at the back. While the apartment type D have a rather big terrace, and types E / F offer extra space to accommodate an additional single bed or bunk bed in the bedroom, making it comfortable for up to five persons.
