You arrive up to the reception area of this apartment resort through an asphalted, relatively steep access road.
This area accommodates a delightfully created bar with chairs, a small reception counter and a direct access to the garden with pool. Where tall palm trees, banana trees, colorful Bougainvillea shrubs and a fantastic sea view make this the popular core of the resort. All relaxing and pleasure activities can be prearranged here.
Through a small garden gate and a sidewalk along the beach road you can reach one of the most beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beaches of Sardinia.
Altogether 40 holidays' apartments were distributed around the swimming pool and garden and were arranged on more than two floors. The apartments are always similarly furnished, air-conditioned and subdivided into 2 or 3 room apartments, which are called accordingly 'Bilo' or 'Trilo'.
Beside a summery colored living/dining room with open kitchen unit and studio couch, the 2 room apartments have only a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washing basin. The similar but bigger in size building of the 3 room apartments in addition have a second bedroom with two single beds or a double bed.
Gardens with terrace or a covered balcony give to every apartment a pleasant independent outside area.

If you follow the coastal road from the island capital Cagliari in direction of Villasimius, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramic road stretches of Sardinia. Here you can discover beautiful sandy beaches one after the other, you really should do small stops now and again to dive into the turquoise and clear sea. After approximately one-hour drive you'll reach the lively and animated all year round coastal town of Villasimius. Here you can find, numerous shops, but also gas stations, banks, cash dispensers, restaurants, ice-cream parlors, souvenir shops, discos and even a 'Padi' Diving-center. What makes this coast, however, apart for the lot of leisure activities, particularly delightful, are the small bays that alternate with wonderful sandy beaches, like Cala Pira, Punta Molentis, Porto Giunco and the beach of the Timi Ama, to mention only a few. So every day you can choose to visit another popular beach.
