Summer guest house with sea view and really beautiful terraces, right on the beach of Cagliari.

The property of this guest house ends right on the beach path. That separates the house from the amazing, about 8 km long Poetto beach.
A small ceramic sign on the garden gate welcomes you at the entrance. You firstly walk into the front garden and after few steps you enter in the house. The reception is generously arranged with a refrigerator, as well as a small sitting area, that during the day is used as a small lounge.
A door on the left hand side separates the private owner areas. Only on cool days breakfast takes place there in the private dining room, otherwise is served always outside on a beautiful terrace in the garden.
From the ground floor stairs lead up to the first floor, where the guest rooms are.
In front left the air-conditioned double room "Camera Celeste" was designed with sea view and bathroom. Summer gold tones, as well as the fantastic sea view gives plenty of light to this room.
On the right is the exact mirrored bedroom " Camera Gialla " with air-conditioning, sea view, television and bathroom. The peculiarity of this room is the possibility to additionally use with a surcharge the opposite children's room "Camera Rossa ", with no own bathroom.
Finally, on the right end of the hallway there is the single room " Camera Verde " whose bathroom can be entered only from the corridor. On request, there's the possibility to set up another single bed. Unfortunately, it does not have air-conditioning and seaview, but a small balcony gives a special feature to this room.
On the left near this room the guests can enjoy a fantastic terrace with seaview. With a light sea breeze this is the favourite place to relax any time of the day.

This B&B is ideal for everyone who would like to spend their vacation right on the beach in a young atmosphere and still near a beautiful city.

The island capital Cagliari is in an enviable position in the south coast, because from here, you can reach, not only innumerable bays and beaches, but also impressive protected areas and WWF oasis inland.
The city is distributed around more than seven hills like Rome and for this reason offers different panoramic view points of the dark blue sea and coastline.
While in the salt lake on the city beach Poetto you can observe pink flamingos all year round and on the beach tae place sailing regattas or kite contests regularly, the city itself surprises its guests with archaeologic and historic sights.
Once here you have to follow one of the favorite panoramic routes of Sardinia, the eastern coastal road of Cagliari in direction of Villasimius and Costa Rei, and discover on the way small, sandy bays or long enchanting beaches.
In addition, to the west of Cagliari you can find many popular holiday resorts, among them the small town of Pula with its well known pastas, outstanding tomatoes, bars, nightcubs and the fantastic beaches of Santa Margherita and Chia.
All of this together with the nearly constant sunny conditions make the city of Cagliari a pearl in the Mediterranean worth seeing during all seasons.

All 3 rooms are on the first floor and have a bathroom with shower, WC, Bidet and washing basin.

1 double room ("Camera Celeste") with sea view, air conditioning system and bathroom;

1 double room ("Camera Gialla") with sea view, air conditioning system, television and bathroom;

1 single room ("Camera Verde") with balcony, televisions and external bathroom.

If necessary and with a surcharge the guests of the double room 'Camera Gialla' can use the opposite children's room ('Camera Rossa') with two separated single beds and a baby bed.
