The hotel Cala di Falco is really close to the village of Cannigione. Entering a car park you find on the left the tennis courts and on the right a beautiful footpath that leads to the entrance hall and the reception. This hotel central area is called "Il Borgo" (the burgh in English), where you can find all the common rooms of the hotel: both restaurants, a bar, as well as a big swimming pool, available for the comfort of the guests.
Numerous rooms of different categories also lie here and mostly at ground level. They can all be reached by beautiful paved paths only broken by few steps to get to the rooms. All rooms dispose of their private terrace fitted with seats.
The second hotel area you find is named " La Rotonda " (the roundabout in English) is separated to "Il Borgo" only by a narrow service road and was designed in a circular shape, as the name entices. In the middle there is a small pool with deck chairs and it's available to the guests of the surrounding rooms. The peculiarity of this area is, mainly, the mixture of hotel rooms with holiday houses. The guests of "La Rotonda" thereby can experience a much more cozily hotel atmosphere and can take advantage of all common rooms and services of the hotel. They are divided into three big categories: normal double rooms, two-room family suites, more spacious junior suites and senior families suites or more elegant senior suites. A kitchenette is also accommodated in the Family Suites Rotonda.

Cannigione itself was originally an old fishing village and is today with its marina, hotels and holiday villages a beautiful resort. Here you can play a mini-golf game, stroll through the shops.
The nearest town of Arzachena, however, is the largest year-round inhabited place of this popular holiday area and is located close to the surrounding localities of Baia Sardinia, Costa Smeralda and Cannigione. Even the very picturesque village of San Pantaleo is within easy reach. A small mountain village with characteristic flat houses, which remind of the "Stazzi" (Sardinian stone houses) once used by the shepherds of the Gallura region.
Furthermore the beautiful granite rock formations of the area and the local archaeological and natural sites, such as the Tempietto di Malchittu, and the strangely shaped mushroom rock at Monti Incappiddatu make this area very attractive.
All major tourist services such as shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies are also available any time during the summer at the exclusive town of Porto Cervo, with its 5-star hotels, designer boutiques, tennis and golf courses, nightclubs and luxury marina. It's s fascinating contrast to the peace and tradition of the historic towns of San Pantaleo and Arzachena.
