Very cosy Guest house in the countryside and not far from wonderful sandy beaches and Porto Pollo.

From the highway an approximately 100 m long access road leads you to the car park. A small footpath leads from there to the main house, where two big square stone block pillars signalise the main entrance of the restaurant.
Coming inside you can notice that immediately on the left was integrated a small reception. Here the local reed roofing underlines the altogether Sardinian-ethnic style of the farm. Numerous masks of the Mediterranean area, as well as copper tableware in the walls are only some of the loving decoration elements.
The general design is in warm orange colours, returning again and again.
For instance opposite the reception you can enjoy an orange open fireplace that creates a picturesque eye catcher. Around the fireplace rattan furniture entice for pleasant chats, while on the left of the fireplace a bar is ready to take your drinks order. Moreover, behind the wicker furniture a small decoration island was created with a wood table as a basis decorated with different candles, a hay sack, a wood saddle, a cast iron, lamps and other equipment.
Wood and wrought steel elements create a harmonious unity. In the same style was also built the preceding restaurant terrace, which represents the best place to have meals outside. Especially thanks to the landscape view. Wood and cast iron chairs, numerous masks form the continuation of the special equipment style. Also a big outside fireplace helps to complete the picture, while lilac and gold coloured tables and extra chairs are available for the small guests.
If you go along the house, you will bump to numerous, artistic small imagination faces made of granite, the favourite decoration elements of the owner.
A short walk of about 50 metres takes you from the restaurant building to the sea-facing annex, known as "Stazzo". This is where three guests sleeping rooms of the Bed and Breakfasts are, while following behind were accommodated the premises of the owner. In another building, known as "Villetta," there are another five double rooms with bathroom, only built in June 2007.
All the guests' bedrooms feature a spacious covered terrace with seats. Neither to say, the equipment of the rooms is also in Sardinian-ethnic style, but in each case with something different. Furthermore they were all named after a specific wind.
On the left is the Family room "Grecale" with a double bed and a bunk bed.
In the middle is the Triple room "Tramontana" with a double bed and a single bed. And on the right is the double bedroom "Maestrale". There is an Ensuite bathroom in each room with a small anteroom with washbasin and a separate spacious room with shower, WC and bidet.

This accommodation is for all those who wish to have a pleasant, uncomplicated stay with great food in exciting surroundings close to beach.

The surroundings of Palau belong undoubtedly to the most attractive region of Sardinia. Where you can have a boat or sailing trip all around the amazing thirteen small islands of the archipelago " La Maddalena " all year round. Or visit the popular Costa Smeralda, only few kilometers from Palau, and its boutiques, restaurants and exclusive bars that remain opened till late during the summer months. Spending the daytime in beautiful sandy beaches, and taking advantage of the cooler hours for a shopping stroll or a walk around a luxurious yacht harbor.

Nature lovers can also find here their vacation paradise, with big cork oak forests, mysterious granite mountains and desolated, idyllic sandy bays. Besides there is a multiplicity of smaller, calmer villages, in which time seems to have stopped.
