Very beautiful residence with swimming pool and sea view. It lies on a hill in a panoramic position, embedded in the Mediterranean vegetation.

This accommodation is ideal for all those who would like to spend in a comfortable accommodation, quiet and restful holidays. Furthermore not too far from the famous places of the Costa Smeralda and their fascinating beach bays.
Die Lage der komfortablen Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft. Leider kein Brötchenservice, nächste kleine Einkaufsgelegenheit 2km entfernt.
Natur und Menschen einmalig und supernett.
Mitarbeiter im Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unser Auto wurde aufgebrochen, deshalb Urlaubsfreuden etwas getrübt. Bitte Gäste eingehend warnen, wenn man mit deutschen Auto reist. Fällt ja häufiger an, wie uns das Hotel mitteilte.

Sehr geehrte Frau Riemann
Der Urlaub auf Sardinien war wunderschön. Die Wohnung Rocce Sarde war schön, angenehm und sehr grosszügig. Die Anlage als solches sehr ansprechend. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Wir hatten bei Reservation den Wunsch geäussert, dass wir eine Wohnung im 1.OG erhalten. Leider hat dies nicht geklappt. Mit kleinen Kindern ist dies besser da ich dann nicht schauen muss, ob der Kleine plötzlich im Pool landet. Dies ist aber alles kein Problem - es war alles einwandfrei. Mit Ihrem Service bin ich äuserst zufrieden. Ich komme als gerne noch einmal nach Sardinien......

"Wir waren begeistert...."
Wir haben einen rundum tollen Urlaub verbracht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Der Ausblick von unserem Apartment war grandios, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Sardinien ist nicht nur traumhaft schön, sondern auch sehr interessant und abwechselungsreich.

"Urlaub in San Pantaleo - Appartments Rocce Sarde"
Sardinien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert! Ich hätte mir die Insel nicht ganz so groß vorgestellt. Sie ist einfach ein Traum! Eine Insel mit sehr vielen "Gesichtern" ;-) ... haben den kompletten Norden bis zur Mitte bereist, den Süden haben wir ausgelassen, schließlich wollten wir uns auch am Meer ein bisschen erholen. Wir hatten super Wetter, traumhafte Buchten (vor allem auf La Maddalena , auch wenn die Fähre EUR 50 hin und zurück kostete) und etliche chaotische Autofahrer aber wo gibt es diese nicht ;-) Vom Hotelservice etwas enttäuscht aber im Ganzen alles ok - die Fähren fahren leider wohl generell 1 bis 1,5h später los ... der Fahrplan wird definitiv nicht eingehalten aber IHR SERVICE WAR SPITZE! Danke für den schönen Urlaub! E.L. mit Family!

Es war wie immer sehr schön auf Sardinien.
Mit der Beratung von MMV waren wir auch sehr
zufrieden.
Die Aussicht von dem Apartment ist so sensationell, wie die Anfahrt, von der Straße aus "kriminell" ist (steil, ohne Ausweichmöglichkeit und mit wenig Sicht).

"wunderschöne, kleine Anlage"
Wir waren in der Nebensaison in dieser sehr hübschen und neuen Appartement-Anlage. Die Appartements sind gut eingerichtet, recht neu und die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr klein und überschaubar. Wunderschön ist auch der Pool mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die Küste. Das Personal im naheliegenden Hotel ist sehr freundlich, auch das Frühstück dort ist zu empfehlen. Ein Auto braucht man unbedingt! Die Anlage liegt sehr einsam und ruhig.

Location
San Pantaleo is a small and since the beginning of the sixties still unknown Mountain village. It was discovered as a result of the international impetus of the Costa Smeralda by numerous artists. It's characterized by the flat houses, which remind of the "Stazzi" (Sardinian stone houses) of the Gallura herdsmen, as well as also the beautiful granite stone formations of the surrounding landscape. The place itself offers all important tourist services for an optimal relaxation: shops, restaurants, a bank, a post office and also one pharmacy. Together with Arzachena San Pantaleo is the only historic village in the vicinity of the Costa Smeralda. Porto Cervo, with its 5 star hotels, designer's boutiques, tennis courts, golf courses, luxury night clubs and yacht harbour underlines a fascinating contrast to the peaceful and traditional small village of San Pantaleo. Naturally numerous excursion can be taken from here, among them boat trips around the marine protected area of La Maddalena archipelago (from Cannigione, 7 kms) and excursion to the archaeological sights of Arzachena (6 kms).

Upon arrival, the guests of the apartment hotel Rocce Sarde, will be welcomed from the staff of the same Hotel name (1 km away). From the reed-covered car park a small paved footpath lead to a planted lawn and the properties surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs and granite stone rocks. Flowering oleander bushes, shrubs, colourful bougainvillea and endemic plants here are conscious details. The residence is harmoniously realized in a horseshoe shape with two buildings. Red and brown houses facades, big glass windows and decorative wood beam roofing greatly participate to the first impression. If you walk along the residence to the front in the direction of the sea, you immediately come to the beautiful pool with deckchairs and unforgettable panoramic views and sea view of the Cugnana bay up to Porto Rotondo! This residence disposes of a total of 10 three-room apartments, each with its own access and either on the ground floor or the first floor. They all accommodate a living / dining room with pull-out sofa for two persons, a separate kitchenette, a double room, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms. The latter come with hairdryer, shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Satellite TV, microwave and air conditioning (with a surcharge) in all three premises also belong to the basic equipment. The interior is extremely tasteful and elegant with a pleasant homely touch. Especially nice is surely the living space of the terrace or veranda where you can have breakfast not only enjoying the fresh ingredients of the island but also the indescribable sea view.
